We want you to be happy with your order. Please review our returns and refunds policy before making a purchase.
Returns
Because our products are stickers and may be made in small batches or produced to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
Wrong size selected
Change of mind
Accidental orders
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Normal wear and tear after use
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, if applicable

Refunds or Replacements
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following:
A replacement item
A store credit
A refund to the original payment method
Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs if an order needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, printed, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has started processing, cancellations may not be available.
